I'm gonna say, that they probably already are amber.
You won't see the amber colour, without zooming more than what your diary shows.
- 50 to 60x zoom should work. Standard phone camera won't do that tho, but you can get a cheap microscope in pretty much any headshop/growshop.

Flowering. 19 days left supposedly : are the trichomes already milky?Many pistils are getting dark and it seems some trichomes are already milky but I'm not sure. I had many setbacks during the grow but I didn't think a plant would be that early. How much time do I have left ? I didnt start senescence yet (end of week)

How close do these look to ready? Video in diaryHow early did I cut these? I know they are at least on the early side of harvest ready if not a little bit before ready, but the top of the colas definitely have a good bit of amber trichomes and I was dealing with a heat issue effecting the top buds so I cut a few to test.

Start flushing for harvest?Should I start flushing based off the few amber trichomes speckled throughout and the amount of orange hairs? Pictured is a tiny section, theres about 20 on the whole leaf. I wanted a couple more weeks of flower but seeing those amber trichomes has me rethinking.
