The Autoflower Sativa's are doing great after 6 weeks but I have an of Kush Indica which doesn't appear to be flowering yet after 6 weeks,it was a complimentary free seed and I think it's probably a photoperiod,what should I do with my grow as the 2 Autoflower Sativa's only have around a month-6 weeks left until harvest?

I was stupid and didn't grow in full size pots,had to repot after 1st week,how much will this set me back on Autoflower schedule?
