In order to go into flower, photoperiods need to have their lights switched to 12/12 - 12 hours on, 12 hours off... this triggers them into flowering. If they're in the same room/tent as your autoflowers, don't worry - autos can and DO grow well with that limited light... the harvest might not be a great as if you were still giving it 18/6 or 20/4 or 24/0 but they really WON'T mind the switch to 12/12. Best would actually be to move the photoperiod outside and just let it grow and grow until the sunlight does the switch for you... Whatever, it DOES need 12/12 to go into flower.
Good luck!
