First harvesting- bud rot?

Hi experts, 10 weeks in planning major harvest, took a few stems, all cloudy and leaving majority to allow full development to amber. Issue is in photo - is this bud rot??? Thought it was the remains of dried leaves at base. Thank you!

Budrot is hard to discover in the beginning, the plantmertial changes and gets softer, and brown, and it smells... if you open up the bud you will see it more clear........
from your Pictures its hard to tell if those buds are rotting
I let you alink to better pictures
If you have budrot.... no darkness for the ladies and aquick harvest, because rotting is very fast
and it goes on during curing the buds
So i you can confirm rot... cut the rotting bud and throw it away
no keeping of parts of the bud........ it continues

Is necessary to harvest in 2 times? Give a week more for the bottom "popcorn" buds and the third plant, shorter in shadow?
