I am on week 10 and on week 9 we changed the lights cycle to 12 on 12 off when can I expect to see buds and trichomes start

Wait another week to see the preflowers fully appears, and two other weeks to they trasform in baby flower and see the first trichomes (they all appears before that but they will be incontestably seeing on my timming).

Within a week or two of the switch, the plants should start showing solid flower production. You can start checking for trichomes about 3-4 weeks into the flowering stage. When trichomes first form on the cannabis buds and leaves, you will notice they are clear and almost look like they are made of glass. New buds, keeping or removing?What about the new little buds in the lower part. I can't imagine they'll grow big. And the plant could put her energy into big buds instead of "wasting" it for the small ones. Or causes the removing too much stress?

Bud rot? Mold?My plant is a bit problematic ("quick one" Auto from RQS, outdoor balcony grow).
