I am on week 10 and on week 9 we changed the lights cycle to 12 on 12 off when can I expect to see buds and trichomes start

Wait another week to see the preflowers fully appears, and two other weeks to they trasform in baby flower and see the first trichomes (they all appears before that but they will be incontestably seeing on my timming).

Within a week or two of the switch, the plants should start showing solid flower production. You can start checking for trichomes about 3-4 weeks into the flowering stage. When trichomes first form on the cannabis buds and leaves, you will notice they are clear and almost look like they are made of glass. about 3rd week of flower budlets should form and by week 4 or 5 stacking of buds begins then the fattenimg and ripening starts.

What do you think?What do you guys think? It’s the middle of week 7 flower. GSC extreme by ILGM. 80/20 heavy indica hybrid. All trichomes appear to be milky and some starting amber hues. Only thing that’s throwing me off are those white pistols? Good to chop? Been flushing for 1 1/2 weeks now.

Nanners in the bud?Its about 5.5 weeks into flower and I ended up with around 10 nanners popping up around 1 of 6 plants, pulled them out but idk if the damage has been done. It’s a 7-8 week strain. Since day 1 I've had 3 different phenos of this GG grow.
Pheno 1 & 2 are pretty much at the same stage, but the pace of pheno 3 is 1-2 weeks behind the rest.
I'm not sure what to do as I plan to dry in my tent, a staged harvest isn't the best option
Any tips?
