Hi everyone! Me again asking for TIPS. My plant look like that the main flower in the top Is almost ready ti be harvest, the others look like they are a week behind. Is It normal? What should i do?

No, you are weeks away, be patient my friend. You need to see 80% brown pistils first and then check for trichrome colour. I would say 3 weeks more is a must. Good luck 😊

Like others have said, trichromes are key--once 10% are amber you're definitely good. But if there are white pistils, you have plenty of time to go. Lots more growth to come!

Yes, all plants are individuals, even though they may be same strain and all seeds came from the same packet, each plant will grow to their own individual schedule and not be identical to her sisters and relations. Perhaps the slow ones are "normal" and the nearly ready one abnormally fast?
There is nothing you can do but be patient and continue caring for them until they decide there are ready.
