Skinny, yellowing, distant growth

hello! can someone help me identify this problem? my plants are a little behind but i have an issue with two of them... the leaves are skinny and yellowing and pretty distant. the new growth starts off green but skinny and canoeing immediately. temp is around 73-75 degrees far.

this is Chlorosis, which is a lack of the green pigment chlorophyll, generally happens due to iron deficiencies. The veins of the leaves will keep their green, but the thinnest part-turn yellow. ... For soil growers, an iron deficiency is hard to fix at the source; your soil is already either overloaded with nutrients or has a high pH.
