I would have wait for a couple of days and then process to a light defoliation. Since you don't have any flowers/buds yet, you better wait until she finishes her stretch. By the end of the stretch, you can remove leaves that are covering bud sites, as told previously by our friend @DudesGrowsWeed. I'll be around, good luck with this beauty!

Wait until the end of the 3d week of flower, if you are going to do it. Then you have the choice of do a major defoliation or just a little at a time. The idea is to remove shade from other lower leaves.

Personally I do defoliate my autos. I remove any leaves covering bud sites at about this stage in flower.

Trimming, pruning in flower can easily shock her into herm. Not that it can’t be done but I’d suggest you let her grow. Try to tuck leaves before clipping her. She’ll thank you in a few weeks

RH and Temp settings good for tent in bathroom?I set up a Govee automation in my basement bathroom. My tent is set up with a sensor inside and when it gets down to 58% humidity it turns on a humidifier. Once it gets to 60% it turns off.
Should this be good with an inline fan going on low the whole time? Room is 55-60F.

Ready to chop for not too minimal couch lock?The main top cola looks pretty done with a few amber trichomes. Id like the rest of the plant to be good though, does the rest of these macro shots from the lower nugs look good enough? I want almost all clear with a few ambers so not too couch locked.

Ventilation in drying closetI will dry in my closet since i have nowhere else to put the harvests. My closet is 50% / 73F (23°C) atm.
-Should I put the fan at the hanger or pointing upwards on the ground?
-Door opening for fresh air?

Boveda 62I'm not convinced with Boveda 62, trying on properly dried and pretty well cured weed and its taking the humidity up to 67% and all the stalks are going bendy.
Did I get rubber-dicked by an ebay seller or is this normal?

Cardboard box drying outdoors?I dont have a place in my house to let them dry, plus I dont have a de/humidifier.
I’d dry them in a sheltered place, in a cardboard box but still outside, averages 60-70% humidity, i would cut holes both sides for ventilation but keep light out and put boveda packs 65% Thoughts?
