Would it be ok to dry for 2 weeks without any trim?

My grow is taking longer than expected and life is getting in the way. I will not be able to harvest personally so when the time comes my friend will chop the plants and hang them in the tent. After that I will not be able to do any trim for 2 weeks, will my harvest still be ok?

The plant will be fine a slower dry is always better and not trimming will ensure that.

I was cleaning my grow rooms yesterday and i saw some remains of Last years harvest in the drying box(i also found a seed).
I cleaned the box well and use the remains.
I would tell your friend to chop the plants. By the time you are back, you can trim.

280 characters are not nearly enough to ask a proper question! I'm gonna use this to give extra details:
1- I have a camera on the tent so I'll be able to have an approximate idea of when flowers will be ready
2- I'm training my friend to check trichrome maturity
3- I don't want to ask too much of my friend so I would like to minimize labour on her side, so I would ask to just chop the plants, remove the pots form the tent, move the fan to the bottom of the tent e hang the 2 plants upside down.
4- I will be back from holidays 2 weeks after that to start the curing process (hoping my buds are still ok)

I have two drying options for my one plant. Wine fridge with perfect temp or closet with perfect humidity. Which is best?Should I dry my one plant in a wine fridge with a compressor that causes the humidity to fluctuate between 50-70% but can be set to a perfect 60f, or should I dry in a closet with perfect 60% humidity but temp at a steady 74f with no way to lower it?
