When could I start to harvest?

When do you guys think I could start harvesting? I’m in week 9 of a Fast Eddy CBD grow. This strain only had 9% THC so I didn’t know if this would mean the trichomes don’t go as milky.

Are the temps to lowI am facing a problem I have 2 auto's facing some overnight lows that will be around 40F/4C average 50's till Nov. daytime temps range 65-75f/18-24C they in flower about 6weeks old. I don't see this anywhere else on this plant, with the exception of one fine strand elsewhere.
I do have a dog with some white fur but this doesn't look like his hair at all.3y ago
