hey there Rooflower, growth rate is solely determined by Vapour Pressure Deficit which is the relationship between temperature and humidity . Yours seems right but just to make sure check out https://pulsegrow.com/vpd to learn more about it and level up your grow. I see you're in coco, in coco you need to add cal mag, i see you're not adding cal mag so that's probably why the plants are hurting . the plant's cotelydons basically yellowed, usually this is due to watering or even having some water droplets basically stick to them then magnify the light and end up burning them. try keeping it around and keep a strict wet dry cycle and hopefully they will bounce back unstunted.
