Studying botany, I learned that mistreating your plants with nature can yield excellent results, dropping to 13 degrees at night and rising to 30 degrees with 20 hours of light at 40 cm. I noticed that the plants produce more THC and resin to defend themselves. Right?

in italiano: hey, the three days of darkness is a legend. think about it: resin takes days/weeks to mature, so even if it really produced more resin, it would still be immature and non-psychoactive. it would make sense if you were selling the buds, but only for aesthetic reasons, but with three days of darkness, you seriously risk mold formation.
on generic stress and THC.
the thermal shock doesn't increase resin production. it's always been believed that way because mountain weed has always had a lot of resin, but the reason is that the higher the latitude, the more UVB rays there are. there are UVB lamps for cultivation, but they should be used for a maximum of 2 hours a day.

I hope you have an oscillating fan pointed at the plants, because with humidity at 86% if you don't have good ventilation, mold is guaranteed.

I've also read about putting water and sugar in the last 3 days to increase the resin and keeping it under light for 12 hours, then 3 days in the dark. Is that true?
