Uneven Canopy Management

I've been trying to even out the canopy, Strawberry Cough (smaller/bushier) is a completely different pheno to Blueberry (tall/stretchy). How should I manage it? I've tried heavy defol/topping for Blueberry and prefer to stay away from LST - I want both to have a similar diameter

If you want an even canopy without training,,,, put something underthe pots,,, sothey are even in hight

Seedlings staying low, am I doing something wrong?Are these on track or slow/low? 1st time grow, 3 auto varieties. Today is the 14th day since seeds hit the soil. It's still not growing...First set of true leaves I noticed a brown spot and feeding a little cal-mag now.
Cotyledon leaves are almost fully yellow and dead. Also, true leaves getting lighter.
Does that mean it's not getting enough nutes?
