I already responded to the other question too, but here again: yeah, plants begin rather small and due to that take some time for photosythesis and growing... 72 hours for germination is quite ok, but so far it sounds like you're doing fine.. i hope the lamp isn't too close, as the seedlings are still rather sensitive at this stage, so be careful with the light intensity and gradually bring it up (if your lamp has a dimmer, then either this way, or just ensure that it hangs rather high, and then gradually lower it).. i also suggest creating a grow diary here, then we can see the progress, and how your plant is doing, and if there are further questions or issues, it's much easier to see what steps have been taken over time, and quickly chime in if needed.. happy growing! ps: in my grow diaries so far i unfortunately didn't post daily updates in the first week, but if you look at the "hindu kush" you can see it slowly grow from week 2 onwards.. today i just put prepared some seeds for germination again (+ speed auto) and there you'll be able to see how slowly they grow the first weeks.. also remember, that too much growth in length isn't that good at first, because that would mean she stretches for light and creates long spaces between the nodes, which isn't wanted.. you want short internode-spacing as the nodes is where the calyxes are being formed and the buds are being made, and the shorter that internode space, the more it looks like "one big bud" rather than small individual "islands" of bud because they might be too far away from each other to evolve together...

As per my response to the other question, a photo would be very useful to say if it's on the right track and to determine if there are any factors in your grow which may cause issues for your plant! If you're not comfortable posting one I am happy to help via PM as well. But if that's not a possibility you could look at other soil set ups with a similar light to yours, and compare where their seedlings were at the same age and how large/healthy a plant they ended up growing into. I usually do that any time I am worried about how my plant is doing at a young age. Happy growing! 🌱👍
