Hi! Looks like you might have too wet soil and the plant is suffocating (overwatered) so make holes to the bottom of the cup and try to dry that soil a bit and give her good amount of light. Hopefully she'll recover!

She doesn't want to go into flowering. I've stopped cutting any leaves for about a week and generally left her on her own. When I cut any leaves she grows new ones within a couple of days although she has stopped growing. Any ideas what could be wrong or do I just give her time?
