What are thoughts on the discoloration? And I’ve noticed the seedling is growing faster than the clone is that normal?

It is normal for a fresh new plant from seed to grow much more vigorously than a clone. The clone may be getting weak and it goes through different hormone changes once you cut it, when it starts to root and when it starts to grow. Seed starts out all ready for what it was born to do. No manipulation, no stress. Cheers

Some data: humidity 55%, water temp 21 °C, tent temp day 27 °C and at night 21 °C, EC lowered to 0.7 (befor 1), Ph 5.7 to 6.
