Grow Timing Query

Professor_Daank
Professor_Daankstarted grow question 4 years ago
I have 3 plants. 2 of them are 1 week behind the main plant. Can I extend my main plant's vegetation period an extra week in order to allow the others to catch up? Is this even an issue? I worry about the flip and the other 2 being behind.

Hello. Yes you can. Cannabis is a very forgiving plant and everything will go alright. Do what is best for your situation. Everything will grow at the same rate so the main plant will be bigger. Good Luck. Chuck.

Hello With them being photoperiod you can extend the vegetative cycle as long as you want and your space will allow. If all the plants are at least 3-4 weeks old they will flower and do well. Me personally i like at least a 6 week veg time. you could do either option, flower them all now and have 2 that are a little smaller even though they would still catch up nicely, or wait a week or two and do a bit more growth and get 3 larger plants.
