Plant burnt by lights

So I've got a plant that's been in veg for a few months that got severly burnt by my old lights. It's hung on and has started with new growth. Only question is do I cut off the burnt branches or continue to let them grow out.

A drop that looks like trichomes glued together as if they were a super trichome.
I only realized when I cut it and turned it over, I thought it was water, but it didn't run!!
When I touched it, it felt like honey.
