Possible leaf problem

Do these leaves look right? Almost 4 week old purple punch auto. Sprayed with neem oil 2 days ago.

Your leafs looks fine , that one white spot I wouldn’t worry about . Neem oil will strip the wax off your plant depending on how much you spay. Sometimes it will leave spots on your plant depending on when you spray lights on / off

Whats good amount of light?Whats a good amount of light? I heard 45,000 lux is a good amount. But to get that much from my light I'd have to have it 20cm give or take away from the top of the plant. White patch in rootball of harvested plantI just harvested this plant and after looking at her rootball, I saw a white patch close to the stem (see pics), does anybody have any idea, what that might be?
