Brown Spots on leaves

Wondering what these spots may be and the leave is curling slightly. Current temp is 24 degrees, humidity 41 degrees, 660w LED at 60cm dimmed to 75%, canna pro soil. The humidifier did malfunction on me and jacked the humidity to 94%, burn from lights? 2 out of 9 affected

as you say your Humidifier had abreak and made it wet, so iam guessing for waterdrops , then lights came onto it and burnt little holes
So if it dont spread it may be like that.....because its the lowest part of the leaf where waterdrops may stay

Possible Heat stress?Have 8 of these WWX BB plants (check my diary) in one tent - three of the tents are all looking good and flowering well - this tent however is showing signs of heat stress - it is week 4 of flower - heat is around 29c during the day and humidity 50% - leaves look curled - cure?

Calcium deficiency?I'm not so sure if it's calcium deficiency, what do you think?
Watering 100ml of water minimum.
Using 1ml calmag/per 1L(and other nutrients like N,P,K)..soil comes nutrient free.
Should I water her more and add more calmag or is this a different deficiency?

Two days ago the leaves started to curl and the yellow has spread slightly. Last night I flushed her with PH water and have dimmed the light slightly, anything else I can do 🤙thanks

Getting out of the ideas - VPD, nutrients or deficiency?I'm getting out of the ideas as the foliar symptoms proceed.
Lowered EC down to 1.8 from 2.2, pH in range.
VPD is getting problematic as the plants seem to be respirating a lot during the day and it rises tent RH sometimes up to 70% - exhaust duct fan wont keep up. Temps 22-24C
