Pluto Auto from Ethos leafs yellowing from bottom up? Help??With yellowing climbing up from bottom to top mixed with brown spots and new smaller growth looks stunned about 5 days after giving a lil nutrients what would your opinion be on what’s going on here?

Stunted plant - Leaves are blotchy and wrinkly - Problem identificationMy stunted plant is recovering i guess, looking better than a week ago and is growing bigger slowly, but the problem has to be identified so i don't make that mistake again. Leaves are not developing much ?The stem of my seedlings is growing well, but the leaves are not developing much. Is that bad ? When growing indoors I think you just need to put the lamp lower, but since I am growing outdoors, so with sunlight, how can I fix this?
