I had a similar result when i tried to aggressively add ph adjustments to my undercurrent system. I believe those spots are caused by large ph fluctuations. Hope this helps

Hello Sorry about your ball sacs, bad luck, it happens. So if you're running that 600 at 12 inches you may still be seeing some negative side effects. I see the leaves cupping and curling up at the edges and maybe it's not the light but possibly heat generated from the light, often the leaf surface temperature is much different than the room temperature. But if you're sure it's not the lighting..... then my next question is how are you checking your ph and if its a pen when's the last time you calibrated it to double check the accuracy? They can sometimes go wrong after a little while. It just seems like a variety of possible problems happening, and ph or root problems can definitely cause a huge variety of problems making it hard to pin down. Good luck with the finish.
