Does this look normal? Purple areas on stem appearing on multiple plants. Day 22 flower

Hi guys, I just defoliated my plants the other day and today I noticed these purple areas on the main stem of 2 of the plants. Does this look normal or like some sort of deficiency, or could it be stress related from the defoliation?

Purple in stems can be 1) a sign of needing to add some calmag (calcium deficiency although your foliage isn't looking like it has a cal mag deficiency), 2) temperature fluctuations (this is somewhat normal if your temps fluctuate often from cold to warm), 3) Genetics. If you are sure its not a cal mag deficiency or genetics, I would try to just make sure temps are not dropping drastically.

Don't worry. Most of my plants had purple stems. It's embedded in genes.

Burnt tips, and yellowing leaves.
The soil was really dry and my PH meter was 0.4 too high.
I gave each plant 3L of water with EC: 0.0 PH: 6.4 to check runoff.
Runoff was PH: 6.1 EC: 0.8

what could be the problem?i use calmaghello, my plants grew well for the first two weeks, then the problems started. then it started to grow purple stems and the new leaves are not a nice green color, the tips of the leaves are yellow, I grow in coconut, I follow the feeding table, I have never had such a problem .

Nutrient burn, Light burn, or Phos Def? red stems purple bruises,Noticed red lines leaking red into the leaves with purple bruising, and the starter bottom leaves seem to be turning yellow, with the leaves above looking dark green with spots. Purple petioles and cupping downSo, after watering with root+ 1.3ml/gal and amino extreme 1.4ml/gal and putting in a light that is double the wattage from the one prior it seems they got light/heat stressed. The purple petiole color could be phenotypic as it's striated in the stem too but I'm not 100%. Help?!

White bumps/lesions on stem base Day 19 veg auto, is it an issue?White spots/lesions growing on stem base but not on leaves or anywhere else?
This started within the last 1-3 days.
The stem "splitting" on the skin was present since it was sagging and bounced back fine.
Worried this is mold/infection from soil. Packed more soil onto the top (!)
