Drooping leaves and purple underside of leaves in seedling. (Pics in Diary) Pls help!

I'm on day 11, under 315cmh (20") from tops of plants. I am watering with 6.2ph well water. Temps 65-75. Promix HP is grow medium. Pots have adequate drainage.
The Gelatos are drooping, stems are reddish and the underside of the leaves are purple. What am I messing up??

Water at 5.8 ph make sure the runoff is 5.5 to 5.9 , 5.8 being the best. You need to feed right off from babies at 400 ppm 0.8 ec increase 100 ppm every week until you reach 800, 1.6 ec periodically check your runoff ph and ec to keep things in line. I grow this way. You may want to follow my diary if you like my results. Cheers

Try feed a little more...my babies I feed with a syringe at about 15ml every 8 or 9 hours. I don't do a dry cycle at seedling, I keep it moist.
