You're all good, man. It's probably just genetics. The red colours tend to come out in most strains when the temperatures are a little cooler, but your grow looks fine to me! I wouldn't worry about this unless you start to see other symptoms of ill-health.

Don't worry, be happy. Those look totally normal. As Whiteybulger1814 mentioned, it is most likely genetics. I am currently growing three different cultivars, doing all exactly the same. My CherryLand has beautiful pink and red stems and under leaf veins. The others do not. Your leaves communicate to you if there is an issue. Also, growth rate will speak to you. Good Luck!

If your main stem was pink/purple or the underside of your fan leafs. You'd have an issue. Think of it as a sun tan. Plsnts are the same. They have a pigment. And show up as pigment signs, like defs toxs. It's a living thing. It shows healthy and so on. Your plants look good. Good growing.

Im not a soil grower or organics for that matter but since it was happening before flower id be inclined to think it is a N deficiency which will cause purple petioles. Try upping N and give some MG
