Drooping/weak stem

like MangoDudu said it looks like overwatering.. at this stage i would not even water them to run-off, but less! run off is necessary for bigger plants, but given they're so small it isn't necessary and despite the small container may be too much water.. maybe add an extra day between the waterings and use a bit less and see how the react to it..

You are overwatering them. You should give water when the pot is dry ( lifting it you feel when it is light) and you give water until a 10% of runoff . Have you done some holes at the bottom? I will put out the other pot the cup with the plant until transpant to let the bottom drain free. Hope to be clear and useful ✌️🏽
