If those were clones probably they been exposed to flowering by a different light period If those were from seed then I might say it the genetics some seed are better than other sometime I get those kind of seed it all depends on the breeder strains stability

Sometimes some girls just start out smoother in life, some have a rough go of it. All you can do is check and make sure your runoff ph and ec are the same in both planters, if they are then it's what I said. Cheers
