They are underwatered! If you notice, the color of the leaves looks lifeless, and you can see from the photo that the soil is dry! For the lamp, keep it 30-50cm from the plants.
They will recover fast
The plant on the left has too much nitrogen ,that prevents P absorption, in fact you can see the red leaf stems :) do a light flush by checking ec and pH of the drain water, and wait a week, as soon as the leaves become clearer you will notice the red stems will disappear, there you can fert for flowering
