If you notice, the color of the leaves looks lifeless, and you can see from the photo that the soil is dry! For the lamp, keep it 30-50cm from the plants. They will recover fast The plant on the left has too much nitrogen ,that prevents P absorption, in fact you can see the red leaf stems :) do a light flush by checking ec and pH of the drain water, and wait a week, as soon as the leaves become clearer you will notice the red stems will disappear, there you can fert for flowering
