Is white fungus/mold (I think) on top of your medium a problem in the early stages of a hydroponic grow?

What soil are you using? Some are inoculated with Micorrhyze fungus to benefit root development - not all fungus is bad. If the plant itself is affected that's when I would start to worry personally.

Are my plants to tall and skinny for Day 28? I've been told on Reddit that my light's are prob dead by the looks of my plants (tall, with skinny stems that stretch up and they won't yield much due to this. Is there anything I can do? I have 1*800w LED , 2 X HPS 150W Bulbs

Pollen sacks or powdery mildew?I noticed what I thought was powdery mildew on a leaf, then noticed funny looking things right next to the powder. I think these are pollen sacks, and if they are I want to know if anything is recoverable, or if I need to scrap the whole plant/grow. "Second Grow" on my profileLeaves. White powder

They are around 8 weeks now. Showing milky trichomes on most. Some with slight clear/milky. Very few with amber...
I have decided to harvest right away..
