Autos: Training or not?

So, I want to know your opnions on Auto training. So far IĀ“ve done only LST to my girls, but I see a lot of people doing topping, mainlining, this stuff that IĀ“m afraid of when it comes to autos.
And lately IĀ“ve grown a plant without training as sheĀ“s fire compared to the trained

Lst is all I would do. They only have so long at life so the less stress is always better. Cutting on a baby is a lot of stress. Cheers

It's only my 2nd grow but from what I've read jus LST tucking leaves maybe very light defoliation, I will not defoliate unless I absolutely have to due to I did with my last ones and it def stunted them, my opinion again this is only my 2nd time. Good Luck Happy Growing.

Temperature too High, Canāt bring down.This is my first indoor grow and Iām having problems keeping the temp down from the higher 80ās while I have my light on, and Iām just barely hitting 79 when itās off. SilverSol vs Colloidal Silver 4 Feminization Of Autos?Question: are there any differences in structured silver solutions like SilverSol "SS" vs regular silver like Colloidal Silver "CS" for feminization?
Both are interchangeable for most purposes. It seems SS has more active ions, would that be a bonus?
They said SS 10ppm = CS 50ppm

Flowering temperature and light strength?The strain I'm growing can get hues of purple and blue if temps low.
I don't have a AC just fresh air in. If I drop the light % 100% - 75% my temp drops from 77 to 71.
last week before harvest is it best to keep lights full or drop them and get those girls changing colours?
