Yes, that is 100% male. Female will have a white hair coming out of the "Ball". The strange leaves could be from a nutrient issue or genetics. I'm guessing nitrogen toxicity( dark green leaves that have a slight shine to them )

No growth in the last 7 days or so. Other growers experience more growth with the same plant.My plant isn't growing any more. It's looking the same for the last week or so.
The soil is fermented and should be good for 3 months and I mixed that with perlite.
I water the plant every two days with 0.5 - 0.75 L of water, because I don't want to overwater her
