I did have a question for anyone who is willing to answer regarding mixing water and nutes:
If I have to feed her 2 cups of water, and mu nutes are 1.5 tsp/gal how do I mix that gallon of water without wasting so much water and nutrients?
Thanks!
It's just simple math and you can give slightly less than whats said to give at this point for sure if you even need nutes atall.
Let's say cup = 2dl and gal = 37.8dl but we can round up to 40dl
teaspoon= ~5ml
so 2 cups = 4 dl
1.5tsp/gal=0.15tsp/2cups
0.15tsp=0.75ml
Use maths.. find out what fraction of a gallon (water) you are using and apply the same fraction to the nutrients for a proportional mix without having to mix up a whole gallon.
Sorry I can't be clearer I'm in the UK and we use different measurements here.
If your in soil dont be thinking to add nutes for at least a few weeks. If you just want to mix small amounts it's best to use a ec reader for accurate feeding. Cheers
