was the plant grown some where close to tobaccos or do you smoke cigarettes' near or in the area of the grow? i had this issue once during a grow, you have to clean everything that cigarette smoke can get if you do not smoke then prior to you growing in that room do you know if it was ever smoked in? if this is the case you will also have to clean the air vent to the room. if your growing in soil you probably would need to get rid of the soil as well as the plant as the plant will infect the others with this disease. so two things, keep an eye on the plant, and last flush your soil until you ph run off is at a 6.0 as some times ph issues mock the tobacco disease. if this is the case the flush will clear out any funk and prevent a ph lock out then more problems, so flush until your run off is at a 6. next let your pot dry out a day or 2. start introducing a small amount of cal mag and put in a spray bottle and spray the under sides of the leaves with the cal mag mix. start feeding a small amount of nutrients, like a 1/4 amount with cal mag. use the spray once daily before the lights go out. you should see improvement with in a week or so of spraying, when you see improvement stop spraying and feed normal
