When to harvest

I’m on week 12 of these Strawberry pineapple and lemon ak grow, its my first decent grow tho. Started flushing 1 week ago with flawless finish from advanced nutrients. Are the pistils to white to harvest? The trichomes look fine tho (cloudy) should I wait 1or 2 weeks for harvest?

When to harvest is based purely on preference. The earliest I harvest is almost completely/majority milky trichomes with scattered amber. You can also wait longer than that for a more percentage of amber trichomes.
Id flush for a week and check the trichomes till they are a majority cloudy. Also, make sure to check all over sugar leaves and upper/lower buds for trichome-consistency.

[First grow] Should I remove one plant to maximize yield ?These are auto (Mimosa & unknown). Mimosa in the back looks much better than the other one and is a week younger. They start to battle for light, I'm not sure how big/wide they'll go.
This is a 60*60cm (2*2ft) room.
