Cbd must be take. Every 6 h because our body doesn’t hold cbd (6h max)other way like thc which is accumulated in our fat tissue. If u check terpen profile u gonna see how u can use it ( pinen - relaxation, linanol)

I don't know about consuming CBD to fight THC tolerance, but I do know cutting back for a week or three certainly does. I have always taken tolerance as a sign of over consumption. Thanks for the clarification.

The question arose after reading an article by one well-known breeder, its meaning boils down to (hereinafter a quote from the article): "If you feel like you are developing a THC tolerance, consuming CBD can actually fight this tolerance that your body has developed."

I am not really sure what you are asking, as the inverse of THC tolerance would be an acute sensitivity/low tolerance to THC.
