Feel like she is taking so long to flower... is this normal? started having pistils almost 4 weeks ago and there are a few more but they are appearing rather slow. JW if something might be wrong ..?

Plant looks ok hard to tell by the pics. Maybe the 16hrs of light has something to do with it.

Cat fur problematic ?I was thinking of getting a cat. Now the only issue is that he will be in the same room as my growbox.

3x blackbarry from 42....2x grow rly slow 1x stunned...Plants never show any sing of any deficiency..
They are at day 45 and they look like they are at day 20..
2mistakes i know i did
1-overwather them 2..3times at week 2 and 3
2-mixed new soil and old soil from last grow.
