If a feminized plant hermied and then pollenated another feminized plant, are the seeds also going to be feminized?

Yes, but generally you use colloidal silver to make a branch do this. If the strain does it itself and herms out, that can be transferred through genetics. So you'll get fem seeds, but they may be more prone to herm out like its parents.
