One of my 3 plants is significantly smaller than the other 2. Her leaves are multiple colours. She was late to shed her shell so I peeled it off myself. She is still steadily growing however I have been unable to diagnose her. The photos of her are labelled "sick one"Week 3

Do I have pests?I’m growing a Zkittlez alongside an OG and Gelato. Some strange holes appeared on the Zkittlez 4 days ago. I don’t see any evidence of pests other than the holes. Pineapple auto in soil tiny brown spotMy pineapple express auto is well into flower but the leaves look sick with light green patches and tiny brown spots appearing on some of the top leaves.
