Ah, I can see the green bumbs coming out, I'm assuming the brown ones came out green too? That's just a mutation that's all. And it's just dying.

@ALIreza_in_iran Hi there mate those "bumps" protruding from the main stem look to be just little Nubs
thrown out from the plant as some type of mutation caused from inbreeding
nothing to worry about 👊

the dots?? looks like areal roots wanting to from from high humidity. The tomato plants do the same thing in my garden.
