Its fertilizer burn. Cleanse the soil for a couple of rounds and stop feed her for 10 days. Don't use 4-4-4 fertilizer. The ratio of nitrogen is too much. Your 3-9-4 is plenty good. And cannabis likes phosphorus and potassium rather than nitrogen. When feed her again, start with a quarter strength. For heavy feeding Indica strains, I use 1/3rd strength every week. Sativa tends to eat less. Cannabis is "weed". They like dry soil and less generally less fertilizer than most other plants in my garden. If you want to pamper your plant, I recommend earth worm casting, sea weed extract, humic acid, and molasses. And these got me better result.

Hey, To me, it looks to be the potassium you added causing slight toxicity. Most likely forming a complex salt as the plant doesnt require much at this stage of growth. I would only give a little nitrogen for a week and try to flush out those complex salts. All in all, the plants look fairly healthy so whatever it is, it isnt drastic as of yet. Happy growing

Looks like a possible toxicity. Check the EC of the runoff. If you can't, then dial back the nutes and see if she improves. Also get an cheap EC meter online for $10 if you don't have one. Otherwise you can check the pH of the runoff. If its low, you are likely overfeeding.
