Can anyone tell me is it normal for small seed sacs to start growing at this stage? What can I do? I have put up two pictures any advice?

hey Bro!! No worries its OK. yes these are seed sacs but they are empty. there are no seeds and its normal. the bud itself is a bunch of seed sacs as you do not have a male plant there can not be any pollen to fertilize your girls. and as i see your plants are not hermaphrodites (there are no signs of both sex) and it means they are not autogamous (they can not fertilize themselves) and it means that your girls are just fine :))
