Just arrived so iv germinated seeds using the easy start kit. Followed instructions and put into a dark place for 3 to 6 days. I have also germinated 3 Cookies Gelato. Im not sure if I will include it in this diary or its own separate one.
The nutrients I will be using are the standard Canna range along side Terpinator for added taste and smell.

Day 5 and 4 of 6 have germinated. The easy start told me to leave them for 3 to 6 days. One of the cookies has a root growing out the bottom but hardly anything on top. Should I put these under my veg light?
Now into the tent under 400w 18 hour cycle. Introduced netrients aswel. Not sure how much water per plant so just gussing at the min.
2 have gone to a friends so now we are left with 2 Triple G and 2 Cookies Gelato.
Now 20 days old. Not much change at the end of the week. I think because I changed them into bigger pots it stunted them a week. They have gotten taller and still look healthy.
day 21.. like iv said before not much change from week 3 to 4 due to repottong. They grow a little taller but only a inch is so. All 4 look really good. Hopfully this week we see some changes.
Day 23 not going to lie after the repot and seeing no changes for almost a week I was a little worried. But today we have new growth so I presume we are all clear.
Okay we are now the first day of week 5. Im starting to worry now. I was expecting slow growth in the big pots but I'm hardly seeing any change. They just seam to be getting taller and not bushy. Any advice would be great. Im using 400w light at 12" away. They are still growing and look healthy but just really slow. The 2 I gave to my friend still in the same pots look way more advanced
FRIDAY rearranged them and moved them down to get the fan on them more to strengthen them abit
Anyone have any other suggestions why my plants are underdeveloped? I was expecting a week of slow growth putting them into the 15ltr pots. Im literally seeing no new growth. Im feeding them half a ltr every 2 days been careful not to overwater.
looks good and they are right where they need to be, most likely the slower growth is that the roots have not bottomed out, when the roots are going deep nothing happens until the roots hit the bottom of the pot, i am sure she will grow and take off for you. so dont stress about it and just let your plant do what she needs to do. the watering sounds good, definitely dont want to over water, looks good
Slight accident last night to one of the cookies. Me and my thunder fingers pretty much snapped the top off while trying to support her. Is it game over for her? Looks like a clean break and she's still standing. Will she grow asif I topped her on purpose?
I think you will have to wait and see what happends. But if the roots keep growing I'm sure it will shoot a new head.
My one clones main head dried out and died couple of days later I've got a healthy new head. Good luck with it hope she does the same.
still no development but haven't watered in 5 days now. They don't look thirsty although the top layer is bone dry. I put my finger in about a inch to check and the soil is darker and a little wet. So I'm assuming it must be a over watering problem.. everyone following I will keep you posted over the next few days. Also thankyou everyone that has answed questions and given me advice

Bought a thermometer and humidity metre and both seam to be fine so must be over watering. Still really slow though,
After a massive set back the last three weeks I think I have resolved the issue. They have been fed alot less waiting 4 days between feeds just to see how they go. I thought I was been careful not to overwater them but with the pot change being alot bigger I didnt give them chance to root.
The snapped cookie 🍪 is now growing a new head and new leaves are appearing on the others.
One has a little yellowing that I noticed today. Iv already more than halfed the nutrients already so il be keeping a eye on that one.
Iv stopped using the terpinator aswel

not much to report this week. Massive improvement though. They look so much better and are all growing well. So we are moving in the right direction. Still nowhere near ready to flower but this is my first solo attempt. My friend helped alot on my other.. still watering minimal and have topped up with coco as I didnt have any of the bat mix special left and my friend had just enough of that for what I needed so it was the easier option. Anyway il keep you all updated
Quick update, for anyone following.. they have done really well past couple of weeks, not ready to flower yet as we are taking clones... Will update again soon. I work away and had to send them to my friends
For anyone still following my plants have been at a friends for a while now and are doing excellent... sorry this diary is all over the place im still a beginner but I will share with you the finished product on Dec 21st. I have bought a new light to start my next grow. Which have been germinated and will start a separate diary soon. Watch this space... thanks
