I find mushrooms every day and I don't know how to get rid of them, so if anyone has an idea I'm all ears.

They're just growing from spores left in the wood in your substrate. IMO they're actually a good thing; mycelium in the soil aids in root development and means that your soil is alive and thriving... If you truly want to eliminate them, you'd have to either change your medium comply, or just let it dry out repeatedly. ✌️💜
