Seedlings will tend to stretch if they dont recieve enough light, try bringing the lights down a tad but be careful, a little bit at a time. That being said genetics can also be to blame, some stretch more than others.

Did one seed enter ... two plants leave or is she just that messed up?
Seed was very slow to take up water and sprouted slightly oddly on the towel, thought little of it at the time.
