Flip to flower delayed because of extension cord led light. Just a delay or problems ahead?

After 1,5 weeks of 12/12h, I started to worry why the plant was not showing any signs of flowering and I decided to get in to the tent to check for any light leaks. YES: Extension cord's led was shining in the darkness. Is this just a delay or am I going to face problems?

Okay.. So, your plant is in what I call the limbo stage. Some of my fems. Take up to a week or even 2 before they flip. I'm using an IR 730nm far red. And it has flipped my plants much quicker.. within days and also gives you a 13 5hr lights on and 10.5 lights off. If you want more details on this. Feel free to mes. But, it can take time. Especially if you flipped late/early and the shoots where to young/-old therefore making your flip longer. You'll get timing down better. Good Growing

It's just a delay - a light leak is not going to completely destroy your grow! Good that you discovered it and fixed it... now you just have to wait for them to start producing flowers. Understand that this process can take up to 3 or 4 weeks so just have some patience... expecting buds/flowers in 1.5 weeks was overly optimistic! If you find you're getting flowers in another week and a half, I think you can safely assume that the light leak you THOUGHT was a problem really wasn't... Seriously - 3-4 weeks after flipping to 12/12 is when you should expect flowers... Good luck..

Servus Mate, some Strains are very sensitive to light polution.. this could cause problems, but your plants r very green and maybe It's just too much N which delays the transition, or It's too hot, or or or.. Good luck
