Your plants won’t be hurt if you cut the leafs growing inside the pot, they seem very healthy!

Hey friend, I think You don’t’ need to defoliate now.Let them grow happily first.Recommend to defoliate at the start of flowering circle and again at 3rd week of flower or at the end of stretching period.At that time, you will know which one to remove and which one to stay for maximizing your final yield.All I would do is start training.Happy growing...
