From my experience so far with humidity, get a humidifier and/or a dehumidifier. I couldnt drop a bunch of cash on them so I got mine on kijiji used but in good shape. 60$ CAD for a humidifier that will take care of 1500 sq. Ft easily and 100$ CAD for the dehumidifier that does about the same. I just dont see any other options that are manageable and humidity is so important. I had an issue with low humidity in the winter and when I added a little humidifier into the tent that just didnt work, so I got a bigger one. Instead of just trying to raise the RH in the tent I raised the house RH and everything was perfect. Now I'm coming into spring and the RH is rising so I'll be slowly switching over to dehumidifier. If you do go out and get a dehumidifier I'm sure that you wont regret it. It makes life easier! You can use the water from the dehumidifier as distilled water for your plants as well from what I've heard. I'll be trying that this year. Good luck with your plants! They look nice and I totally love Girl scout cookies!!

Fan + air extractor will cost you less than 200$ , it will create an airflow and push the humidity outside of your space. Basics but efficient

I had the same problems. Low RH and struggling to keep temps under control. I tried a lot of things but what I finally did was turn the thermoswitch of the airpump a bit higher, which makes for higher temps in my tent, but raised the humidity since it is off more and doesn't keep Sickinghe thé RH out. I did established the temp that my plants start showing heatstress and made sure it stays just under it at the max temp. Also I have Windows open so the tent get's cooler air and the room temp where my tent is, is lower so it helps cooling inside too. And I have a tray filled with water in front of a vent so there's more watervapour being produced. If you have too much RH you can do the opposite I reckon. Lower the temp the pump works and it will evacuate more watervapour and then try to keep your temp at the right spot by tweeking the air intake and climate of the room you have the tent in

I would look at adding more fans to circulate the air and increasing the in flow of fresh air to the area Don't water anytime when the lights are off to avoid excess moisture
