This is my second grow and 1st attempt at hydroponics.  This is the 20th day and the symptom is very slow growth and the leaves are dark green as well as they're malformed. I am using tap water that has been filtered.  I am using a total of 4TSP / 20ml of Nutrient 500ppm

Lower your water level to the bottom of the clay maybe 1/4 to 1/2 inch of the clay pebbles should be in the water. Your rockwool look saturated. Stay with the 500 ppm 1.0 ec until you see some good growth. Set your ph to 5.8 for veg, and keep your water cool and some good small bubbles going. Keep an eye on your ph as bubbles can raise your ph levels. Cheers
