When you start your babies in amended soils, meaning already nuted soil, the babies have a hard time getting going as the feed available to her is to much. I start babies in nutramix hp and feed at 400 ppm 0.8 ec after the first 3 days after sprout. After a week or a few days more, when the planter has filled with roots is when I would transplant to the soil. She will be more prepared for the nutes soil then. Cheers

It's right where it needs to be. Your soil at the rootball looks a little too moist also, try water an inch around the plant so that you make the roots search out water 👍👊👌
