it looks like it BUT, if you provide plenty of calcium you should consider lockout. It is hydroponics? So, i doubt it is lacking Ca.
if you haven't, calculate ppm of your mix. this will help allow greater precision in diagnosis. I'd wager K or P is too high. Possibly pH, but you likely keep close track of that. if it dipped, it could cause that too. If you calculate it out and Ca is low... it's Ca-def. It's easy to diagnose with this info.
